Nestled in the heart of Downtown Americus, the Allison building was built in 1907 by Richard Allison to house the Allison Furniture Company. Originally housing a furniture warehouse and drugstore, the Beaux-Arts inspired architecture has been newly renovated to serve as up-scales living with many original features throughout including flooring, exposed brick wall, and more.
